Job summary

IFF, a global leader in taste, scent and nutrition, invites students for a Manufacturing Technology Co-Op in Madison, WI. This internship offers hands-on experience in safety, process improvements, data analytics, and capital projects.

You will build dashboards in plant historian, support plant trials and startup activities, and work with engineers. Applicants must pursue a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and be available full-time in Spring/Summer 2027 or

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Available to work full-time during Spring/Summer 2027 or Summer/Fall 2027.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through investigation, scope, design, and implementation phases to provide safety and capacity improvements.
• Build data visualization dashboards in plant historian.
• Provide capital project support and assist in commissioning and start-up activities during plant shutdown.
• Provide support to engineers in executing plant trials and production/maintenance troubleshooting.
