Job summary

Ingevity’s Engineering Co-op program provides hands-on engineering experience in chemical and materials manufacturing. Co-ops run two to three rotations, typically 3–6 months each, with on-site, full-time schedules from Monday to Friday, often 8 AM to 5 PM.

The program for Spring 2027 is based at the Covington plant, with January 2027 as a potential start date. Successful candidates are enrolled engineering students, prepared for multiple co-op terms and ongoing coursework, and must not require

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Engineering with at least one term remaining.
• Available to complete at least two co-op terms with a semester between terms.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship in the US.
• Interest in manufacturing/operations environments.
