This role will focus on program management, governance, and change management across global teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree with extensive experience, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $132,400 - $251,600, reflecting the experience and qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience.
• Advanced Degree in related field with minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience.
• Ability to influence senior level stakeholders and work across the organization with proven communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program management for global Process Engineering initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a structured governance model for Process Engineering artifacts.
• Coordinate work across geographically distributed teams.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program health, adoption, risks, and outcomes.
