Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Data-driven approaches to analyze and optimize processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Green Belt or higher certification preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data science).
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic, Aspen Hysys).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing.
