Learn more about our benefits.As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects. **General Profile:**Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in semiconductor processing equipment in the CVD, ALD, and Chemistry depth in knowledge. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.**Key Responsibilities**Develop CVD & ALD processes from initial concept for new integrations, through product prototyping, and finally providing manufacturable solutions to the production organization. Develop new CVD & ALD processes and techniques to solve novel integration problems. Drive solutions that are cost effective and manufacturable by innovation. Develop and apply innovative techniques to characterize CVD & ALD hardware and aid in the ongoing development of CVD & ALD hardware for a range of applications, within safety guidelines. Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and compile reports on significantly complex process engineering experiments for a range of processes and products. Train junior CVD & ALD engineers on how to effectively define and implement new methodologies, define and apply new technologies, and/or troubleshoot and resolve significantly complex process engineering issues/problems for a range of processes, integrations, and products Work in a collaborative R&D environment with individuals from different disciplines and/or business units.
