Job TitleProcess Engineer - TrimPosition OverviewShaw Industries is seeking a Process Engineer to support our Trims and Samples operation by identifying opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and leading projects that improve productivity, quality, and customer responsiveness.In this role, you'll partner closely with operations, engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows, improve manufacturing performance, and support new product and process initiatives.
