Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Process Engineer for a fast-growing manufacturing business with a Texas relocation package, annual salary $120,000-$150,000, and strong growth potential.

You will work cross-functionally on capital projects from concept to completion, focusing on process and design optimization, scheduling and cost control, with specialist training and clear progression to a Project Engineer role, plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing environment such as food/beverage or similar.
• Hold a Degree or relevant work experience.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills to become a specialist engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects with cross-functional teams from concept to completion.
• Oversee and manage capital projects including concept development, process and design optimization, scope definition and control, estimating, scheduling and detailed engineering.
• Provide specialist engineering training and progress into Project Engineer role with relocation package and bonuses.
