Job summary

Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, Bloomington facility in Illinois is seeking an Associate Process Engineer to maintain and establish plant specifications, investigate process issues using data-driven methods, and develop countermeasures to improve quality and reduce waste. Pay range: $63,500.00 – $98,400.00.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in a relevant field (as listed).
• 5+ years’ rubber/tire manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement and new product development at the Bloomington facility.
• Develop and evaluate process specifications, analyze data, and implement countermeasures to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Provide technical support to plant production management to improve quality, productivity, and costs.
• Participate on cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
