B&G Foods Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to work closely with operations, maintenance and production teams to standardize settings and maximize throughput. This role involves creating troubleshooting guides and serving as the liaison among departments to clearly define responsibilities.

Candidate should have 3-5 years in engineering and maintenance, with experience in consumer products and food packaging, plus proficiency in Excel, JD Edwards and CMMS systems. Bachelor's degree required.

Interacts daily with operations to optimize and balance production through standard machine settings.
Works with OEMs and service groups to understand machine functionality and service requirements, and edits PM documentation with the Reliability Engineer.
Defining and standardizing procedures for critical equipment between operations and maintenance.
Documents troubleshooting steps from recent failures for production operators as a reference before maintenance calls.
Participates in ACE program to drive engagement across the business at all levels.
Create and track metrics showing improvements in both operations and maintenance performance.
Leads co-ops and internship programs with project plans across plants and HR.
Supports plant capital planning, damage reports, and project savings.
