The Process Engineer I provides engineering support to manufacturing operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements, assisting with production troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to improve efficiency, product quality, and operational performance while developing foundational process engineering skills.
Degree, technical certificate, or related engineering education preferred. Minimum 1-2 years related manufacturing/process engineering experience. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills required.
Occasional travel for training, project support, supplier visits, or professional development may be required.
Work is performed in office and manufacturing settings and requires regular interaction with production processes, equipment, and cross-functional teams.
