Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a US-based manufacturing partner, seeks a Process Engineering support professional in Fremont. You will assist engineering programs, manage tool needs, and perform maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, training production personnel, and coordinating with vendors. A degree is preferred and experience in manufacturing environments is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more of experience in a similar work environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Effective in time management and delegation.
• Skilled in debugging and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the Process Engineering team on programs and special projects as needed.
• Receive and act on Process Engineering JIRA tickets involving IT & Manufacturing support.
• Work with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to determine & recommend tools and equipment needs.
• Provide day to day tool and equipment support to manufacturing.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, preventative and general maintenance on production tools and equipment.
• Create shop floor control system production templates.
• Provide equipment and manufacturing process training to production personnel as needed.
• Build and install tools and equipment to support factory requirements.
• Order parts, tools, equipment, and supplies to support production or special projects
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Document equipment and tool issues, maintenance records, tool logs, asset recording and tracking.
• Issue and control Asset Tags.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $26.10 - 28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
