TEL Silicon Valley (San Jose Site) Thin Films development team seeks a process engineering intern. The ideal candidate should be enrolled in one of the following fields: Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical methods, computer aided design (CAD), and computational plasma/fluids simulation tools are highly desired. Skills in coding and applying machine learning/AI techniques to accelerate learning and productivity are also strongly desired. Passion for technology; and strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills will benefit the candidate in this research and development-oriented laboratory environment.
Graduate level (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred, strong candidates who are rising Junior or Senior level; Bachelor’s level students in the named fields will be considered: Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
