Job summary

Qualifications

• Track record of developing crystallization or separation processes or equipment in materials development.
• Experience building and validating continuous multiphase reactor and filtration systems preferred.
• Experience with solid handling and solid characterization preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in system or device development.
• Fast-paced startup environment adaptability and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient crystallization and separation processes to remove oxidized metal fuel from electrolyte.
• Optimize electrolyte formulations and operating conditions to improve filtration efficiency.
• Design, build, and validate equipment with vendors and engineering teams for production-scale implementation.
• Scale and demonstrate new materials and processes in pilot and production-intent systems.
