Roehm Osceola, AR is seeking a Process Engineer to support safe and efficient operation of process equipment at the Roehm Osceola facility. You will lead improvements in process safety, product quality, and environmental protection while coordinating installation, documentation, and workforce training.

The role requires a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing, strong collaboration across departments and international teams, and proficiency with SAP and process simulation

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills and ability to collaborate with other departments and international teams.
• Working knowledge of engineering principles and standards and their application.
• Knowledge of operating processes, equipment, and materials with analytical insight.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with SAP and process simulation tools.
• Continuous improvement mindset with digitalization and new process methods.
• Ability to read and modify schematics and process documentation.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work without guidance; weekend/holiday coverage may be required.
• Physical ability to work around industrial equipment; lift up to 25 lbs; PPE.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety training and procedures; safety awareness.
• Provide technical support to operators to ensure maximum efficiency safely.
• Develop and coordinate product and process development schedules to meet goals.
• Coordinate investigations, HAZOPs, and report process upsets to improve systems.
• Act as team facilitator to meet plant quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Develop and implement capital projects to enhance safety, quality and throughput.
• Work with maintenance and project engineering on installations and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and environmental standards; regulatory requirements implemented.
• Review operations daily with manufacturing; provide off-shift support when needed.
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance/purchasing processes; support Production IT and lab IT.
