Job summary

ADDMAN in Statesville, NC seeks a Process Engineer to ensure our operations comply with regulatory requirements and customer constraints while optimizing manufacturing workflows.

You will document processes, support engineering teams with work orders, and help maintain data integrity across MES. Strong communication, teamwork, and precision are essential; ITAR and security considerations apply.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to translate specifications and contracts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills on multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem resolution and precise record-keeping.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 Rev D preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in a modern manufacturing setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents manufacturing processes by studying customer product requirements and interviewing operators.
• Supports traceability of parts and controls serialization in MES.
• Evaluates and improves manufacturing processes through design, modification, and testing.
• Take lead on implementing and maintaining the MES.
• Ensures product and process quality by following established processes.
• Provides manufacturing information to customers by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains compliance with government regulations and customer constraints.
• Documents procedures and steps in the process database.
• Supports ISO 9001/AS9100 QMS compliance and audits.
• Supports ITAR/EAR regulations in all actions.
• Reviews procedures and reports to identify risks or issues.
• Coordinates cross-department reviews of policies and customer requirements.
