Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 3 years of experience in industrial continuous process manufacturing.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills including data analysis.
• Experience with DOE for process improvement.
• Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience collaborating with vendors; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to operate a major asset and meet product specifications.
• Improve process efficiency and product quality while reducing costs of poor quality.
• Lead process optimization initiatives across the facility.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to leverage expertise and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and DOE-based experiments.
