Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in related engineering fields.
• Experience with SAP and other databases/applications.
• Promotes safety, environmental and operational excellence improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader in the unit and champions safety with every decision made.
• Provides operations oversight and assistance for support group efforts.
• Assists in the preparation of daily operating instructions.
• Monitors the process operating conditions of the unit and troubleshoots operating problems.
• Participates in PHAs, and unit audits. Resolves recommendations and findings.
• Lead MOCs required for unit safety, stability and optimized operations.
• Facilitates incident investigations. Develops and drives recommendations to completion.
• Prepare environmental and PSM emissions calculations and reports.
• Assists in the preparation of Monthly Title V reports.
• Optimize operations to reduce emissions.
• Maintains open and effective communication on and across all shifts.
