You will mentor operators, collaborate with technicians, drive yield improvements, reduce waste, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Polymer Science is required; salary ranges $100,000–$120,000 with a 10%+ performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plant-floor experience with continuous material flows.
• Experience with vinyl compound processing is desirable.
• Ability to mentor production staff and lead projects end-to-end.
