Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Process Engineer at our Wellsburg, WV facility. You will develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for plastic injection molding and metal stamping, driving high quality, efficiency, and cost improvements.

You will lead DOE studies, establish robust process windows, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure production on-spec and compliant with IATF 16949. Strong CAD skills and hands-on molding die experience are required.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Plastics, or related discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in plastics injection molding or metal stamping.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for plastics and metal stamping.
• Lead DOE studies and establish robust process windows.
• Develop and maintain process control plans, work instructions, and setup sheets.
• Support PPAP, FMEA, APQP documentation and ensure IATF 16949 compliance.
• Train operators on process parameters and standard work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, and Production.
