Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience preferred in process, product, or manufacturing engineering.
• 3 years’ experience preferred with CNC machining.
• 3 years’ experience preferred using CAD software.
• Strong skills with metrology devices such as mics, calipers, indicators, vision systems.

Responsibilities

• Write manufacturing processes and sequence of operations.
• Drive/verify quality products delivered on time.
• Collaborate with CNC machinists to manufacture parts and adjust blueprints.
• Write inspection processes for materials and finished goods.
• Establish inventory requirements for job materials.
• Hit efficiency goals during setup or operation of machines.
• Create bills of material and perform feasibility reviews.
• Review project profitability and lead times; advise as needed.
• Coordinate tooling, fixturing, and gage selection with engineering and purchasing.
• Ensure configuration management for medical/aerospace products.
