Job summary

Stryten Energy is hiring a Process Engineer to bridge chemical reaction requirements with mechanical manufacturing processes for active material preparation across our North American operations. The role supports oxide, paste mixing, and curing activities, emphasizing safety, quality, uptime, and efficiency.

You will drive improvements through lean methodologies and cross‑department collaboration. Required are a BS in Engineering and 2–4 years of process experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering required.
• Two to four years of process experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute new capital projects; take on roles as Project Manager or Plant Support Manager.
• Support EHS initiatives and safety protocols to promote a zero-injury culture.
• Lead and implement new materials, processes, and equipment across plants.
• Generate cost reductions and quality improvements across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Apply lean concepts to achieve KPI goals and improve equipment uptime.
• Develop and maintain equipment SOPs and train teams on new processes.
