Sierra Pacific Industries seeks a Process Engineer to join our Medford, Wisconsin facility. This full-time role collaborates with production, product development, customer service, and sales to improve window and door manufacturing processes.

Living in the Medford area is required as this is not a remote position. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, support new product development, and apply lean principles across multiple plants.

Formación

• Engineering degree in mechanical/manufacturing or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing; fenestration industry preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering support for continuous improvement and new product development for production processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineering and production to improve window/door manufacturing methods.
• Provide additional support as required.
