Responsibilities

• Provide daily process support to manufacturing operations.
• Lead root cause analyses to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Conduct data‑driven analyses to support continuous process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation and standard procedures.
• Support training activities related to new or revised process procedures.
• Assist with equipment repairs, replacements, and modifications to improve reliability.
• Participate in new product engineering efforts and support plant trials.
