Qualified candidates should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The position offers competitive pay between $45.00 - $55.00/hr and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fabrication/production.
• Experience in batch process/fabrication operations.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current methods of fabrication, product quality, and develop detailed work instructions.
• Audits operations performance to instructions and makes recommendations.
• Define and write product, test, and process specifications.
