Dura-Line in North Salt Lake City is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing performance, drive automation initiatives, and support growth at our facility. You will lead capital projects, develop process routings, and apply lean principles to improve quality and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 2 years production experience, 3–5 years of leading strategic projects, and proficiency with CAD, ERP systems, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred (Industrial or Mechanical).
• 3–5 years leading high‑dollar strategic projects and plant transformations.
• Experience with automation, digitalization, and data‑driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, ERP/CRM systems, and capital budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve product engineering and manufacturing BOMs and process information.
• Develop manufacturing process routings for efficient, repeatable production.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve quality and cycle times.
• Provide technical support for plant layout, equipment upgrades, and feasibility.
• Analyze workforce, space, and plant layouts to boost efficiency.
• Lead small teams on CAPEX projects and product introductions.
• Apply statistical methods to forecast manufacturing needs.
• Ensure ISO process controls and documentation are maintained.
