Salary: $147,000.00 - $202,500.00

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for various deposition products (PVD, CVD, ALD), within safety guidelines.
  2. Characterize hardware, define methods, and apply new technologies for hardware characterization on complex systems for multiple products, within safety guidelines.
  3. Create documentation, presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
  4. Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects, within safety guidelines.
  5. Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and resolve complex process engineering issues.
  6. Interact with customers to resolve process engineering issues with limited supervision.
  7. Design and implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation; work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision.

Qualifications

  • MS or PhD preferred
  • More than 5 years of post-graduate experience

The salary offered will depend on factors like location, experience, skills, and internal equity. Candidates may also be eligible for bonuses and stock awards. For sales roles, the salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC), including base salary and bonus at 100% goal achievement.
