Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field.
• Graduation between December 2027 and June 2028 required.
• Must live or commute to the Troy, OH facility for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Learn the kinematics of drawbenches and spoolers.
• Design items to improve machinery for efficiency and safety.
• Learn the entire production process from raw material to finished product.
• Perform research to identify root causes of production issues.
• Intern will work with cross functional internal team members including engineers, technicians, and machine operators.
