PCI Pharma Services in Assembly is seeking a Process Engineer Intern to help evaluate and optimize production processes. You will collect data, analyze output rates, and support process improvement initiatives alongside senior engineers.

This internship offers exposure to cGMP environments, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to present findings. A Bachelor's candidate in a related field with strong math and computer skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• College Level Math Skills.
• Advanced Computer Skills: ability to perform complex tasks and operate various programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: fluent speaking, reading and writing in professional contexts.
• High Reasoning: ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret varied instructions.

Responsibilities

• Collect data using Factory MES to determine average output rate of designated production lines.
• Gather validated data to record validated capability of focus lines.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on process improvements.
• Assist in experiments and tests to validate improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
