This position is based in Richmond, Indiana, with a relocation package available. Until October 2025, the role allows remote work from anywhere in the United States, after which on-site presence is required.
- Monday to Friday, with regular overtime and evening/weekend support as needed.
- Less than 10% travel required.

As part of the technical team, you will provide expertise to establish and improve processes, ensure quality, and enhance plant performance. You will report to the on-site Technical Manager and collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and quality compliance.
