Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to conduct process evaluations, data analysis, and technical investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and levels of leadership.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, process development, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and controls to improve quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Conduct process characterization, capability studies, DOE, and data analysis to improve understanding and performance.
• Research current and emerging technologies and evaluate alternatives related to process capability, quality, and cost.
• Participate in projects involving process improvements, new product introductions, and equipment implementation.
• Provide manufacturability feedback through design reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define process, equipment, and material requirements to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing in compliance with quality standards.
• Evaluate and select manufacturing equipment and technologies to support objectives.
• Coordinate vendor evaluations, equipment trials, and technology assessments.
• Develop, execute, and support process validation activities and capability assessments.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and equipment performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Support troubleshooting through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve performance and compliance.
• Support compliance with quality systems, safety regulations, and company procedures.
