Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of electronics manufacturing experience with a Lean Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with DOE, PFMEA, and process parameter optimization is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Defines product-specific tooling and fixture requirements to support manufacturing operations.
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Reviews engineering drawings and DFX reports for manufacturability prior to production release.
• Monitors day-to-day production activities and recommends improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Assists in evaluating new manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Develops manufacturing procedures and work instructions for assigned areas.
