A leading global automotive supplier is seeking a Process Engineer to join their Fremont, Ohio plant. This role involves providing direction for production processes, managing engineering teams, and driving improvements in current technologies. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a minimum of five years in a supervisory position. Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory/management position preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direction and support for development of production processes.
Guide, monitor, and manage capital equipment budgets.
Conduct part design/manufacturing feasibility reviews.
Monitor compliance to Program Schedules for all related activities.
Manage and counsel engineers in their responsibilities.
Interface with customer and Corporate Engineering groups for launch support.
Drive continuous improvement efforts within current process technologies.
Review and approve plant activities in support of design engineering changes.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical experience
