Job summary

Resilience in Iowa seeks a manufacturing/process engineer to ensure a capable automated pharmaceutical process with clear SOPs and validated parameters. You will drive changeover, yield, OEE improvements and reliability across equipment and processes.

The role requires experience with GMP environments, project management, and Six Sigma/analytical trouble shooting to support tech transfer and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science.
• Experience in GMP or regulated production environment.
• Experience in Project management and Six Sigma/analytical trouble shooting.
• Experience in LEAN manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a single technical process with centerlines, critical parameters and clear operating procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement: changeover reduction, yield, OEE, maintenance reliability and waste reduction.
• Support technology transfer and validation; ensure process is capable for manufacturing integration.
• Generate URS, FAT, SAT, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports.
