The role leads process development and improvement projects using existing technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as the manufacturing engineering resource for new product development, while also managing multiple smaller line extension initiatives and presenting updates to colleagues and management. It acts as a technical expert for evaluating proposed changes to existing equipment, processes, or products and drafts and executes development plans, test protocols, and validation documentation following design control procedures. The position also mentors peers, newer engineers, and technicians on established procedures and provides engineering support to other departments as needed.
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
