A leading staffing company is seeking a Process Engineer for their Los Angeles plant. The role focuses on investigating non-conformances, leading CAPA investigations, and implementing process improvements. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, 1-2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, and strong technical writing skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of chemical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Non-Conformance, CAPA, and Change Control systems.
• Experience in regulatory audits, particularly FDA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investigation of Non‑Conformances and CAPAs.
• Determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Support process improvement projects.
• Modify and review MWIs/SOPs.
