Job summary

LANXESS is seeking skilled Process/Plant Engineers (I-III) to provide engineering support ensuring safe operations and achieving key KPIs across production units.

You will lead Management of Change (MOC) activities with production teams, monitor processes daily, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvement projects from concept through FEL2 and beyond, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering; experience levels grow from Engineer I to II and III with increasing responsibilities.
• Excellent computer, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management of Change (MOC) initiatives with production teams.
• Conduct daily process monitoring and troubleshoot process problems.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects.
• Drive projects from conception to FEL2 and beyond.
• Focus on process efficiency, equipment reliability and quality to meet targets.
