Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a process engineer to optimize products and processes, establishing capabilities and controls for reliable operations. You will lead cross-functional technical support for dosage form, drawing insights from data and driving continuous improvements across the supply chain.

The role requires engineering expertise, strong communication, and experience with QCRs, NCRs, and validation protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years related experience in manufacturing/processing environment.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing technical support or quality engineering.
• ASQ CQE or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of dosage form and drives improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Builds process understanding and controls for repeatability to maximize customer value.
• Uses root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions for product/process reliability.
• Collects and analyzes data; makes recommendations for improvements.
• Prepares and reviews technical documents (QCRs, NCRs, SOPs, validation protocols).
• Performs equipment testing/qualification (FAT, SAT, PQ) and participates in IQ/OQ.
