Qualificações

• Requires a four-year degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• At least two years of manufacturing technical support or process development experience.
• Strong knowledge of product and process development, manufacturing/packaging equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates subject matter expertise for assigned dosage form and influences improvements.
• Uses problem-solving to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develops process understanding, establishes controls for repeatability, and optimizes products/processes to maximize customer value.
• Collects and analyzes data to support product/process reviews and implement improvements.
• Develops and executes cleaning validations.
• Supports Quality and Operations through troubleshooting, change controls, and NCR reduction.
• Prepares technical documents (QCRs, NCRs, SOPs, MBRs, validation protocols).
• Leads cross-functional teams to address problems and improve efficiency.
