We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with deep automotive manufacturing expertise to help build and refine world‑class production systems. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of assembly processes, tooling, equipment integration, and process optimization within General Assembly or related automotive environments. You will play a critical role in designing, validating, and improving the processes that drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost performance. Beyond technical capability, we’re looking for someone who elevates others, communicates with clarity, and helps shape the culture of a new, fast‑moving manufacturing organization.
Base Pay Range (Annual): $101,173.68 - $126,467.11 - $151,760.53 USD
