Job summary

Slate is seeking a process engineer for seats production in Warsaw, IN to analyze, design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality and cost performance. This role applies industrial engineering principles to optimize labor, material flow, equipment utilization, and production systems while supporting new product launches, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives. Works closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and automation teams to drive data-based decisions and deliver sustainable operational improvements.**| WORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT:**Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
