Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle problems involving variables in standardizing situations.
• Willingness to work in a normal industrial environment with noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations.
• Trab on tasks near moving mechanical parts and in precarious places.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Finishing Department activities (coater, Offline, Shipping, and compound) to improve production and reduce quality issues and claims.
• Ensure Finishing runs with first-quality carpet and high efficiency.
• Lead or participate in projects as directed by Plant Manager or Corporate Management.
• Collaborate with sales and customers to resolve quality problems.
• Interact with department heads across areas and attend quality audits.
• Coordinate with R&D on new products and participate in MTR reviews.
• Monitor POVA data to ensure department effectiveness and efficiency.
