GlobalFoundries is seeking a process engineer to sustain and develop high-volume manufacturing processes, aiming to reduce variability, develop recipes, and improve yield.
You will collaborate with FinFET and Si Photonics teams, monitor production lines, and apply DOE and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement while training technicians for a 24x7 HVM environment.

Be responsible for process sustenance and development that includes process variability reduction, recipe development, defectivity reduction and process optimization for high volume manufacturing (HVM).
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Education - Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
Experience - 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles. Applicants must have 1 year of experience in the following: (1) SPACE SPC tools to monitor and control the quality of manufacturing processes; (2) FMEA line yield improvements; (3) Creating and improving Corrective Action Specifications; (4) Semiconductor equipment; (4) Design of Experiments (DOE); and (5) Tool matching and performance improvements.
Salary range: $105,678 - $120,000/year. The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
