Job summary

Jinko U.S. is seeking a Process Engineer to own and continuously improve a defined group of machines on a high-speed assembly line.

You will serve as a technical problem-solver ensuring equipment performance, quality, safety, and throughput meet site KPIs through documentation and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or STEM, 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, and strong RCA/Corrective Action skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience on high-speed assembly lines/manufacturing.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting of complex machinery/ robotics.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve a defined group of machines/workstations on a high-speed line.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, RCA/CA, and OCAPs documentation.
• Support daily improvement meetings and drive actions to reduce bottlenecks.
