Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Project Engineer to join our multi-discipline team in Salt Lake City, UT. You will design process systems, develop concepts, and produce disciplined drawings for projects while coordinating with engineers, managers, and clients.

You will also support field activities, assist with startup and commissioning, and mentor junior staff as part of our commitment to professional development and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license preferred or desire to obtain PE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of leading design teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply process systems knowledge to meet project requirements and codes.
• Develop design concepts and produce clear, accurate drawings and specifications.
• Support field activities including plant surveys, start-up, commissioning, and inspection reports.
• Lead and coordinate with disciplines, reviewers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Mentor Design Associates and participate in QA/QC reviews.
