Job summary

JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP is seeking a Process Engineer to support plant operations. The role reports to the plant Production Manager and focuses on auditing processes, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting parameters to management to drive corrective actions.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Engineering (preferably Chemical) with experience in batch or continuous processes in food or chemical production.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, ideally Chemical.
• Experience in batch or continuous processing in food or chemical production.
• Strong computer skills and statistics software.
• Excellent communication and hands-on problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting operational parameters to management.
• Audit processes, parameters, equipment operation against SOPs.
• Compile and analyze process information and determine deviations.
• Provide feedback to management for corrective actions.
• Serve as technical resource for manufacturing and recommend process modifications to meet quality targets.
