Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
• Professional‑level English language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves process capabilities using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies.
• Inputs and analyses numerical data to identify patterns and relationships for optimal workflows.
• Reviews KPI monitoring systems and uses technology to achieve goals.
• Drives and champions a continuous improvement culture.
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to prepare products or processes for launch.
• Ensures local, legal and Freudenberg Health, Safety, and Environment requirements are fulfilled.
• Supports creation of training documents and delivers training.
• Mentors Apprentices and Technicians to increase team capability.
