What does a Process Engineer do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Process Engineers lead efforts to identify and eliminate losses through developing standards and systems. They support daily production activities and build long-term capabilities in manufacturing processes, systems, and technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
• Supporting the delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to develop optimal solutions
• Creating training programs and coaching technicians
• Developing and refining standards to meet performance targets
• Working with state-of-the-art automated equipment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a business-related field
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, eager to learn
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment
