Our client is seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to help design, develop, and optimize industrial manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will:

1. Initiate and oversee process improvement projects
2. Develop standardized work procedures
3. Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and milestones
4. Gather data
5. Identify early failure indicators and recommend actions
6. Drive adoption of best practices

To be a good fit for this role, you must:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Possess a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Exhibit a high level of leadership and organizational planning skills
• Have advanced technical skills in the mechanical/electrical fields
