Job Description


Sustain, improve, and develop Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes in a volume manufacturing facility. Lead a team of highly motivated and experienced CMP process technicians to sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations with integrity and mutual respect. Partner with operations, equipment engineering support, integration band R&D to deliver products on time to customer specification. Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and procedures company wide. Create and/or modify operations specifications.

  • Collaborate effectively with operations, equipment engineering support, integration, and R&D teams to deliver products on time that meet customer specifications.
  • Actively participate in global benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices and continuously improve CMP processes and procedures across the company.
  • Develop and/or modify operations specifications to optimize process performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven ability to lead critical projects for process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for process control.

Compensation: $78,850 - $145,122
