Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of process engineering experience in coating or bonding operations.
• At least 2 years of experience with FANUC automated closure cell systems (hoods, doors, liftgates).
• Experience optimizing manufacturing processes with focus on quality, efficiency, safety.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize coating and bonding processes to improve throughput and quality.
• Analyze manufacturing data and run process simulations to identify improvements.
• Lead risk assessments and implement corrective actions for operational excellence.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams and junior engineers.
• Support equipment commissioning, process validation, and new production launches.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans.
